In August 2008, members of all three teams (Education, Advanced, Expedition) will meet in Tanzania at the foor of Mt. Kilimanjaro for the first ever Pole to Pole Leadership Conference. The southern leg Expedition Team will hand off to the northern team, with two members of the first leg joining the new team as they continue to the North Pole.
